Project Manager II - Eurofins Environment Testing - Knoxville, TN

Eurofins seeks a Project Manager II to oversee environmental testing projects in Knoxville, TN. The role manages client projects across laboratory operations, including setup, compliance, sample tracking, reporting, and invoicing while maintaining strong client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Set up and manage client projects in LIMS with documentation and compliance verification
- Coordinate sample logistics, bottle orders, couriers, and subcontract lab arrangements
- Review incoming samples, resolve discrepancies, and communicate issues to clients
- Manage reporting timelines, quality control, and invoice generation and delivery
- Maintain client relationships through regular communication, account reviews, and issue resolution
Requirements
- Experience managing laboratory projects or client accounts
- Knowledge of LIMS systems and laboratory operations
- Familiarity with environmental testing regulations and certifications
- Ability to coordinate with internal teams and external subcontractors
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Experience with purchase orders, contracts, and invoicing processes
Compensation: $62,000/year starting, depending on experience
