Trust Officer

CSB&T is a locally owned bank in central Kansas with a proud history starting in 1900. The trust department, now operating as Citizens Trust & Investments, began serving customers in 1974. JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for managing trust accounts and providing high-quality service to trust clients. Develop relationships with current and potential trust clients. Develop and implement investment strategies. Monitor investment performance and guide clients based on their financial goals and risk tolerance. Conduct regular reviews of trust accounts and communicate with clients about account performance and any necessary action. Work closely with client’s legal counsel, tax preparers and other professionals as needed. Represent the bank in the community by participating in community boards and organizations.

Assist clients with retirement planning Provide strategies for wealth transfer Assist clients with personal financial planning Follow all policies, procedures and regulatory requirements Complete other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS
