Registered Nurse (RN), Med/Surg – Night Shift Full-Time 0.9 FTE – 12‑hour night shifts Sign‑on Bonus : $7,500 (based on eligibility) Overview UP Health System Bell, part of Lifepoint Health, invites experienced RN candidates to join our Med/Surg department delivering quality patient care. As an RN you will be integral to teams that improve community health. UP Health System Bell is a Joint Commission Accredited Critical Access Hospital offering inpatient, outpatient, and post‑acute services. Responsibilities Perform plan of care interventions, including medication administration, specimen collection, and clinical treatments. Document patient care delivered. Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition to the care team, physicians, patients, and families. Assist patients with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, elimination, nutrition, and ambulation. Collaborate across disciplines to coordinate patient care, including transfers, discharges, referrals, and spiritual/psychosocial support needs. Evaluate learning needs of patients and/or families and provide education appropriate to age, culture, condition, and circumstances. Advocate for the physical and emotional well‑being of patients. Qualifications Applicants must have a Michigan RN license and an associate degree from an accredited nursing school (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
