• 12-hour shifts: 7am - 7pm admitter shift and 7pm - 7am night shift
• 12 - 14 patients per shift
• 300-bed department
• ACLS and BLS required through AHA
• Inpatient rounding required
• Acute care certification required
• Admissions required
• Shift assignments offered monthly for provider selection
