Industrial Cleaning Technician

Our client, an industry leader in transportation and logistics, is seeking a dedicated Industrial Cleaning Technician to join their team. As an  Industrial Cleaning Technician , you will be an essential part of the operations team supporting safety, sanitation, and compliance standards. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Industrial Cleaning Technician

Location: Jeffersonville, IN

Pay Range: $18

Shift: First Shift (can start as early as 5am-7am; hours may vary depending on trailer needs)

What's the Job?

• Perform cleaning and sanitization of tank trailers, including interior and exterior surfaces
• Operate specialized cleaning equipment, such as high-pressure washers and steam units
• Inspect tank trailers for residue, damage, or wear and report findings to the supervisor
• Document cleaning processes and maintain detailed records for compliance purposes
• Adhere to safety protocols when handling chemicals and operating cleaning machinery

What's Needed?

• Ability to work in an industrial or outdoor environment
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or shifts, if needed
• Basic understanding of cleaning and sanitation processes
• Familiarity with or ability to learn high-pressure washers, steam systems, and cleaning equipment
• Ability to lift, carry, and move equipment/materials (often 25–50 lbs)
