Metro Franchising opened its doors 20 years ago and has grown into one of the largest Dunkin' Donuts/Baskin Robbins franchisees in the Regional NY Metro area - with stores extending from Brooklyn, Queens, Bronx, Nassau and Suffolk Counties. Team Metro prides itself with a People First culture, dedicated to providing the best in quality and service to our guests. All our management positions are filled internally and 90% of field leadership team members started their careers in our restaurants.

Our Shift Leaders are an essential component to our success by making a commitment to being a role model for exceptional Guest Service and developing a team driven by passion and strong values! Our shift leaders will be empowered to make decisions that enhance guest experiences and promote our company mission.
Position Requirements
We are looking for individuals who will. . .
- Create a pleasant and welcoming restaurant environment for Guests and team members by treating others fairly and with respect
- Lead and coach your team to operational excellence by promoting open communication and accountability
- Prepare products according to Metro's operation, quality and safety standards, and that the restaurant meets sanitation and cleanliness standards during your shift
- Make decisions based on strong values & behaviors
- Have prior experience working in a quick service restaurant
- Show enthusiasm for Team Metro and our Dunkin Donuts/Baskin Robbins brands!
