Medical Records Coordinator

The Medical Records Coordinator is responsible for managing, organizing and maintaining patient health records with accuracy, confidentiality and efficiency. This role supports clinical operations by handling medical records requests, coordinating with internal and external partners Responsibilities Perform general clerical tasks such as sorting mail, filing, pulling records Print claims from master printer files. Process claims per State requirements. Maintain Record integrity, ensuring all patient information is up to date and stored according to privacy and security standards. Assist providers and staff with locating, retrieving and updating records as needed. Perform other duties and assignments as requested. Qualifications High school diploma or GED Computer literate 1-2+ years of experience working with medical insurance or in a hospital/clinic environment Medical Records, Medical Insurance #J-18808-Ljbffr RemX
