Regulatory/Safety Specialist - 75k This position requires a proactive, detail‑oriented professional who can navigate complex standards, collaborate across cross‑functional teams, and always keep the end user in mind—ensuring our products not only meet regulations but strengthen the customer experience and uphold our commitment to taking care of our customers and doing the right thing. Responsibilities Stay current with standards, including CE marking for European conformity, UL/CUL certification for U.S./Canada electrical safety, CSA and other relevant regulatory bodies or directives. Ensure product safety per an applicable safety standard is considered, integrated and adhered to throughout the product development lifecycle. Stay current with applicable directives, including but not limited to 2006/42/EC (CE marking), 2014/35/EU, and standards such as ISO, IEC, ANSI, OSHA, and/or other equivalent standards or directives. Coordinate internal compliance-related testing for electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. Manage external test lab activities, including quoting, scheduling, equipment calibration and shipping of samples with NRTLs/Certification. Generate internal reports and review external test reports for accuracy and completeness, ensuring timely resolution of compliance issues. Support Maintain subject matter expertise on industry relevant Machinery Directives. Support compliance related inquiries from internal and external stakeholders.
