Expected pay for this position is $27.26 - $32.06/hour. Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills and internal equity. This is an Hourly position. OSF will invest in you on day 1! Candidates with 5+ years of direct experience will receive 24 hours of Vacation and Holiday time that will be available for use beginning day 1. This is in addition to our generous time-off benefits.OverviewPOSITION SUMMARY: The Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant, under the general supervision of an Occupational Therapist, assists in administering the Occupational Therapists' treatment plan.QualificationsREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONSAssociate's Degree in Occupational TherapyState license as Certified Occupation Therapist Assistant and NBCOT registrationCPR certification within 90 days of hireDemonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide patient care appropriate to the population servedStrong written, oral and interpersonal skills work well with others and to communicate effectively with patients, families, and other treatment team members when gathering and exchanging patient condition informationAnalytical ability to identify and report changes in patient's condition to an Occupational TherapistExcellent computer skills and the ability to process detailed information in an accurate mannerPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSValid state driver's licenseOSF Healthcare is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
