Pay: $30/hour
Hours: Monday- Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Length: 6- month Contract

We're seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Supply Quality Coordinator to join a dynamic team dedicated to supplier quality, continuous improvement, and streamlined processes. In this pivotal role, you'll serve as a critical link between suppliers and internal teams, managing data reporting, corrective actions, and the distribution of technical documentation to enhance efficiency and uphold quality standards across the supply chain.

Must Haves

• 1- year of administrative experience in supply chain or supplier quality
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP), Outlook, and Word.
• Experience with ERP systems; SAP preferred

What You'll Do:

• Maintain and update supplier reports, including PPM and rejection data, to support proactive quality management.
• Generate weekly and monthly reports, review print revisions, and assist with Advance Ship Notifications to ensure timely communication.
• Manage supplier corrective actions by processing SCARs, tracking progress, and ensuring timely closure.
• Act as the primary point of contact between suppliers and internal teams for corrective actions and related communication.
• Support process automation initiatives aimed at improving reporting and documentation workflows.
• Perform additional duties assigned to meet evolving business needs.

Required Skills:

• Experience in supply chain, supplier quality, or administrative support roles preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Outlook, and Word.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and quality.
• Ability to problem-solve and follow-through on complex issues.
• Effective cross-functional collaboration and relationship management.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with supplier reporting tools and quality management systems.
• Knowledge of technical documentation control processes.
• Familiarity with automation and process improvement initiatives.
• Prior experience working with cross-departmental teams and external suppliers.

Preferred Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant post-secondary education preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience supporting supply chain, quality, or related administrative functions.
