Human Resources Manager

Our client, an established organization, is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to oversee daily HR operations, support employees and leadership, and help maintain a positive and productive work environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on HR professional who enjoys building relationships, supporting employees, improving processes and partnering with management on important workforce decisions. What You'll Do Manage daily HR operations, including employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, payroll and benefits administration Serve as a trusted resource for employees and managers on HR policies, workplace concerns and performance matters Support recruiting efforts, candidate evaluations and new-hire onboarding Oversee performance reviews, employee development plans and corrective actions Ensure compliance with employment laws, including ADA, FMLA, wage and hour regulations and workers' compensation Process biweekly payroll accurately and on time Conduct workplace investigations and assist with employee relations issues Maintain accurate employee records and administer HR policies and procedures Coordinate employee training and compliance programs Partner with leadership to improve employee engagement, retention and overall HR processes What We're Looking For 7+ years of progressive Human Resources experience Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field preferred Previous HR supervisory or leadership experience preferred Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR policies and employee relations practicesExperience with payroll processing, benefits administration and performance management Experience with HRIS or payroll systems; Kronos experience is a plus Bilingual English and Spanish skills preferred Strong organizational, problem-solving and interpersonal skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word and Outlook Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities Why Consider This Opportunity?
