This unique opportunity offers a blend of both inpatient and outpatient palliative medicine, allowing you to build meaningful relationships with patients and families while providing comprehensive support through serious illness management. You will work closely with physicians, advanced practice providers, social workers, chaplains, case managers, and other specialists to deliver holistic, patient-centered care. Position Details: Full-time; hybrid inpatient and outpatient practice Supportive, interdisciplinary palliative care team Focus on quality of life, symptom management, advance care planning, and serious illness care Participate in complex care discussions and family meetings Opportunity to help shape and grow palliative care services within a respected healthcare system Strong referral network and collaborative physician community Compensation and Benefits: Compensation between $293,912 and $329,798 annually Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, retirement, and paid time off CME allowance and professional development support The posted salary reflects the starting range of total compensation and may include productivity bonuses, incentives related to quality and performance, hospital/ED call stipends, extra shift incentives, and other forms of cash compensation as applicable to the position. In addition, providers typically receive a CME allowance and other benefits offered by their medical group employer.
