The position requires a friendly, professional demeanor, and the ability to handle To-Go and catering orders efficiently while maintaining accuracy and a positive guest experience. Essential Job Functions: Prepare, package, and verify all to-go and catering orders Monitor online orders and incoming phone orders Coordinate guest pickups and curbside service Maintain cleanliness and organization of the to-go area Follow food safety and alcohol service guidelines Key Skills & Qualifications Demonstrates integrity, teamwork, hard work, respect, and a positive attitude Able to communicate clearly and work in a fast-paced environment Ability to remain in a stationary position and/or move about the workspace for extended periods. Must be able to frequently move and position equipment or materials weighing up to 25 lbs and reach or adjust items at various heights. Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays preferred. Must be at least 18 years of age.
