Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Long Term Care

Nursing – Telehealth

Mon, Tues, Thurs, possibly every other Friday or EOW weekend.

Contract length and guaranteed hours/week details will be provided.

Current nursing license.

Certification in cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR).

Experience in telehealth nursing preferred.

Familiarity with electronic medical records systems.

Strong communication skills.

Provide patient education and support through virtual consultations.

Assess patient health status and provide recommendations.

Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.

Document patient interactions and maintain accurate medical records.

Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary.

Background checks and drug screenings may be required. Further compliance details will be provided.
