The Best Players Need the Best People.The Associate Product Manager - Digital collaborates and supports the Product Management team in driving the specification, development and roll-out of new products for PGA TOUR’s digital platforms. This role uses analytics, user experience, fan feedback and technology to evolve and improve the digital experience of our fans, in support of helping the Digital Product & Operations team meet their goals. The Associate Product Manager will work closely the Product & Project team, internal stakeholders and internal/external technology partners to successfully implement and support new platforms.QUALIFICATIONSBachelor’s degree or equivalent experienceMinimum 2 years' related experience preferable in product management, project management, business analysis, program management, product marketing, or digital content/operations in a fast-paced organization.Strong analytical capabilities Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships across multiple teams and at varying levels throughout the organizationStrong verbal, written communication skillsExperience working across many departments (Operations, Content Development, UX/UI, Video and Fan/Customer Support) to get work done Experience working with groups such as Engineers, Content Developers, UX/UI, Video and Fan/Customer SupportFamiliarity with software development life-cycle methodologies such as SCRUM and AgileSports background knowledge/background​RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIESSupports and collaborates with the projects and product management team to document product objectives and define scopeConducts research and analyzes competition to represent fan needs and business goals, then translating those needs and goals into product recommendations Assists in translating recommendations from stakeholders to product requirements and drives implementation Engages technology teams to support additional research to determine the best technical implementation methods and schedulesPerforms User Acceptance Testing and provides feedback to project and product team prior to implementationIn collaboration with the product team, creates and maintains support and training documents for internal and external usersMonitors product KPIs and ensure product goals are being met; identifies opportunities for product enhancements based on resultsPerforms relevant or necessary on-going system configurations and operational tasks to support the product/platformLeads training efforts for Operations teams in troubleshooting issues for newly deployed productsSpecial projects or other duties as assignedSummaryLocation: Ponte Vedra Beach, FLType: Full time
