We are seeking compassionate, dependable, and experienced caregivers who are certified medication passers and passionate about providing exceptional care.

Position Summary

As a Home Health Caregiver / Medication Aide, you will provide personalized support to clients in their homes, assisting with daily living activities, medication administration, companionship, and overall well-being. This role is ideal for individuals who are caring, reliable, and committed to delivering high-quality client-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
• Safely administer and document medications according to company policies and care plans.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and errands as needed.
• Monitor and report changes in clients' physical, emotional, or cognitive condition.
• Maintain accurate documentation and communication with supervisors and family members when appropriate.
• Follow all safety, infection control, and client care procedures.

Qualifications

• Certified Medication Aide/Medication Passer (or equivalent certification required by state regulations).
• Previous caregiving experience preferred.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Compassionate, dependable, and professional demeanor.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in home healthcare, assisted living, or long-term care settings.

Scheduling Requirements

• Flexible availability preferred.
• Must be willing to commit to working at least one weekend per month.
• Various shifts available, including days, evenings, and weekends.
