Responsibilities Full Time RN position at our Long Term Care facility. Provide nursing care using the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation and evaluation) to residents. Collaborate with residents, families, inter-disciplinary colleagues, including providers, to plan, implement and evaluate care. Demonstrate competency within the full scope of nursing practice and adhere to age- and population-specific standards in the clinical setting. Care for residents in all phases of preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, and treatment. Coordinate resident care, assessments, education, and various other nursing interventions. May serve as charge nurse and delegate appropriate tasks to licensed and unlicensed personnel within job descriptions and competency levels; provide supervision and support to ensure safe, reliable resident care. Qualifications Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program (CCNE, ACEN, NLN CNEA) preferred; Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred. Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where practice occurs; multistate licensure if in an NLC state. Obtains and maintains required department-specific competencies and certifications.
