We are seeking an experienced and motivated grounds maintenance worker for seasonal work. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, self-motivation, and a background in outdoor maintenance tasks. Responsibilities:
- Perform various outdoor maintenance tasks such as power washing, siding repairs, and general upkeep of the apartment complex grounds.
- Demonstrate leadership skills to motivate and work alongside team members effectively.
- Efficiently assess and address maintenance needs around the property.
- Ensure tasks are completed to high standards and within designated timeframes.
- Previous experience in outdoor maintenance or related fields.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong work ethic and self-motivation.
- Basic understanding of maintenance tasks and equipment.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules.
- Background working outside with hands-on tasks.
- Experience with siding or power washing preferred.
- Ability to identify maintenance needs and prioritize tasks effectively.
- This role does not involve indoor work or grass mowing.
- This position offers the opportunity for long-term permanent placement based on performance and fit within the team.
- While prior experience is preferred, candidates with relevant backgrounds and a strong willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
- Additional overtime beyond 39 hours per week is possible upon mutual agreement.
- Punctuality and dedication to assigned work hours are essential.
