Location : Ann Arbor, MI
Position Type : Seasonal, with potential for long-term permanent placement
Hours : Monday to Thursday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Friday 8:00 am - 4:00 pm
Compensation : $18.00 per hour.

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated grounds maintenance worker for seasonal work. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, self-motivation, and a background in outdoor maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Perform various outdoor maintenance tasks such as power washing, siding repairs, and general upkeep of the apartment complex grounds.
• Demonstrate leadership skills to motivate and work alongside team members effectively.
• Efficiently assess and address maintenance needs around the property.
• Ensure tasks are completed to high standards and within designated timeframes.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in outdoor maintenance or related fields.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong work ethic and self-motivation.
• Basic understanding of maintenance tasks and equipment.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules.
• Background working outside with hands-on tasks.
• Experience with siding or power washing preferred.
• Ability to identify maintenance needs and prioritize tasks effectively.
• This role does not involve indoor work or grass mowing.
