Job Description
Title: CNA - In-Prison Medical Clinic

Assignment Details:
- Contract Length: 26-52 weeks

Requirements:
- Current, valid CNA/NA license and registration in New York State (limited permit accepted)
- 1 year of experience
- BLS certification

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Administer medications, including controlled substances.
- Perform vital sign checks and basic physical assessments.
- Provide wound care and manage dressing changes, including Wound VAC experience.
- Participate in emergency responses and rapid response/code teams.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation.

Compliance / Notes:
- State Criminal History Form required before starting (may take up to 4 weeks).
- COVID-19 vaccine required (medical exemptions only).
- Flu vaccine status is unknown.
