Residential Care Specialist - Mental Health Support

Signature Health Inc. is seeking a Residential Care Specialist to provide direct care-support in our Ohio residential facility. You will supervise residents, assist with daily activities, and support a therapeutic milieu under the clinical team's guidance. You will document care and medication administration, participate in team meetings, and ensure safety, HIPAA compliance, and high-quality care.
