Physical Therapist (PT)

A Physical Therapist is needed to provide care at a healthcare facility. This role includes a guaranteed minimum of 36 hours per week, ensuring consistent support to patients in need of physical rehabilitation.

Position Overview

The Physical Therapist will be responsible for developing and implementing individualized treatment plans for patients, assessing their progress, and adjusting therapy as needed. The ideal candidate will apply their expertise to improve patients' mobility and overall physical function.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients' physical abilities and needs.
• Develop personalized therapy programs to address specific patient goals.
• Implement treatment interventions utilizing a variety of techniques and modalities.
• Monitor and document patient progress, making adjustments to treatment as necessary.
• Educate patients and their families on rehabilitation processes and home exercises.
• Work collaboratively with other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Qualifications

• Required: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Valid state licensure for physical therapy practice.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Experience in a rehabilitation setting preferred but not required.
