We are looking for talents to join us on this exciting journey!ResponsibilitiesDevelop comprehensive analytics frameworks and product metrics to proactively track, attribute, and identify opportunities to improve products and the business.Design and implement reporting dashboards and the associated data pipeline to deliver insights and improve the workflows of internal teams.Identify key trends, patterns, and opportunities to drive e-commerce business growth and optimize business and user product offerings.Monitor key performance indicators and develop metrics framework to help measure cross-function team efforts in a quantitative way.Conduct A/B testing and experimentation and provide actionable insights to stakeholders for improving or iterating product features.Partner closely with key stakeholders to optimize overall product adoption and performance-driven growth.Provide recommendations for improvements to achieve business goals.QualificationsMust have a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Technology, Data Science, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field, and 2 years of related work experience; OR a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Technology, Data Science, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field, and 5 years of post-bachelor’s, progressive related work experience.Of the required experience, must have 2 years of experience in each of the following:Developing graphical and visual representations of data using business intelligence tool Excel or Tableau;Working with cross-functional teams to design and build self-serve data analysis solutions;Creating, maintaining, and delivering reports using Excel and developing, validating, and maintaining metrics to manage and evaluate business performance;Using SQL coding and database management systems to extract, transform, and analyze data from the platform and enterprise systems; andConstructing advanced queries using SQL.Travel Requirement: International and domestic travel required up to 20%.Employer: TT Commerce & Global Services LLCType: Full time, 40 hours/weekLocation: Bellevue, WASalary Range: $196914 - $277970 per yearTo Apply, click the apply button below.
