Family Medicine Physician - Long Beach, CA (Full-Time)We are seeking a compassionate and forward-thinking Family Medicine Physician to join a dynamic, technology-driven healthcare team dedicated to improving patient outcomes through innovative, data-supported care. This is an exciting opportunity to work in an environment that leverages advanced tools and multidisciplinary collaboration to provide personalized and effective treatment.No prior experience in food allergy care is required-comprehensive training is provided to ensure success in this specialized field.Responsibilities:Provide comprehensive outpatient care to patients according to established clinical protocols.Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and program guidelines.Monitor, record, and report patient vitals, progress, and reactions to administered treatments.Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality, coordinated patient care.Identify and document comorbidities and make appropriate referrals.Respond to and manage in-clinic reactions or urgent situations as needed.Participate in case discussions, patient rounds, and care coordination meetings.Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR).Contribute to clinic growth, operational improvements, and quality initiatives.Training & Development:Comprehensive 2-month training program provided-no prior allergy experience required.Ongoing continuing medical education opportunities.Regular case-based learning sessions and collaboration with senior medical professionals.Supportive, team-based approach fostering continuous clinical skill development.Qualifications:MD or DO from an accredited medical school.Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine.Active California Medical License (or eligibility).Valid DEA license, BLS, and PALS certifications.Current Maintenance of Certification (MOC).Experience with EMR systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Suite.Strong teamwork, communication, and clinical decision-making skills.Benefits:Comprehensive health benefits - medical, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with employer matchGenerous paid time off and company-paid holidaysOpportunities for career development and advancementSupportive, collaborative, and innovative clinical environment
