Delivery Coordinator

Valley Building Supply, Inc. is looking for a dependable, organized, and detail-oriented Delivery Coordinator to join our team! What you’ll do: Coordinate daily outgoing deliveries Check in vendor trucks and check out company delivery trucks Verify customer orders for accuracy before loading Check quantities, products, and condition of materials Stage orders for delivery and customer pickup Coordinate with drivers, sales staff, yard employees, and vendors Maintain an organized, clean, and safe lumber yard Help ensure trucks are properly loaded and ready for delivery Identify and communicate shortages, damaged materials, and order discrepancies Assist with loading and unloading materials when needed What we’re looking for: Customer service oriented Dependable and punctual Organized and detail-oriented Strong communication skills Safety-minded Able to manage multiple priorities Comfortable working in an active lumber yard environment Lumber yard, construction, delivery, logistics, or forklift experience is a plus!
