People who are already struggling with isolation and the burden of these conditions become increasingly frustrated and disengaged, eventually falling through the cracks and landing in the ER. Review pulmonary diagnostics, including spirometry, PFTs, imaging (e.g., chest X-rays), and other relevant clinical data. Manage treatment plans, medication adjustments, and patient education related to pulmonary disease management. Collaborate with respiratory therapists, nurses, care coordinators, and clinical support staff. Document care accurately and efficiently within the electronic health record. Adhere to all clinical protocols, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.Required: Active Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in the state of Arizona. Minimum of 1–2 years of clinical experience in pulmonary medicine, internal medicine, family medicine, or a related specialty. Comfort with outpatient care delivery models. Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and patient-centered approach to care. Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. Comfortable working in an electronic medical record (EMR). Preferred Prior experience in pulmonary, respiratory, or chronic disease management. Familiarity with remote patient monitoring, Telehealth platforms, or digital health tools. Experience reviewing PFTs, imaging, and managing long-term respiratory conditions.Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly compensation, commensurate with experience.
