Job Description
Title: Registered Nurse - Acute Care

Schedule: Shift: 7p-7a

Assignment Details: Contract Length: 13 weeks

Requirements:
- Active Oregon RN license
- 2 years of recent Acute Care/Med-Surg experience
- Current travel experience
- BLS and ACLS (AHA) certifications required
- Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) system: Epic
- Ortho experience strongly preferred
- Experience working with geriatric patients

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in an acute care setting.
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, responding proactively to changes.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Educate patients and families on health management and post-discharge care.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and progress.

- All compliance must be completed 2 weeks prior to the start date.
