What You’ll Do:
- Deliver specialized instruction tailored to IEP goals, helping students achieve academic and social-emotional growth
- Collaborate with general educators, therapists, and families to develop a consistent, student-centered approach
- Monitor and document student progress, making timely recommendations for modifications as necessary
- Create an environment that values diversity, manages behaviors positively, and upholds high expectations
- Support students as they transition and integrate with the general education curriculum where possible
