Primary Responsibilities:

Keep swimmers safe with lifeguard supervision

Coach swim instructors to provide extraordinary lessons

Oversee the aquatics systems

Uphold the Aquatics Values and Standards

Ensure student progress and satisfaction

Job Qualifications and Skills:

Ability to work with children

Reputable leadership and supervising experience

Strong work ethic

Excellent communication and organizational skills

High energy

Must pass background examinations prior to training

Pay: $18.50 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week

High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

Supervising: 2 year (Required)

Aquatics: 1 year (Required)

Ability to Relocate:

Springfield, NJ 07081: Relocate before starting work (Required)

Work Location: In person
