Distribution Associate

Distribution Associate Our client, a leading logistics and distribution company, is seeking a Distribution Associate to join their team. As a Distribution Associate, you will be part of the warehouse operations supporting the shipping and handling of products. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization. Location: Redlands, CA Pay Range: $19.50 Shift: MON-FRI 2:00PM-10:30PM What's the Job? Process customer orders including scanning bar codes, picking cases, and labeling boxes. Palletize orders by scanning, retrieving, and placing completed orders on pallets. Utilize RF technology to process orders efficiently and accurately. Verify shipment accuracy and prepare packages for dispatch. Assist with dock manifest duties such as scanning pallets and operating shrink wrap machines. What's Needed? Minimum of 2 years experience operating an Electric Pallet Jack (EPJ). Effective and precise case picking skills. Comfortable reading pick tickets, labels, and using handheld scanners or RF devices. High school diploma or GED preferred; relevant experience required if not. Ability to obtain an electric pallet jack certification. What's in it for me?
