New York Compliance Specialist

Supporting the company's licensing and regulatory compliance program, the full-time remote New York Compliance Specialist will manage money transmitter license applications, renewals, and regulatory reporting while collaborating with various departments to ensure compliance across multiple jurisdictions. Key responsibilities Assist with the preparation and submission of money transmitter license applications and renewals Maintain NMLS records and coordinate the collection of supporting documentation for regulatory filings Track filing deadlines and prepare periodic regulatory reports and correspondence Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Law, Public Policy, or a related field 2+ years of experience in compliance, licensing, regulatory affairs, or a related field Experience with regulatory filings and licensing administration Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office applications
