Job Summary:
The Landscape/Lawn Care Laborer is responsible for assisting with mowing, trimming, edging, and general landscape maintenance. This is a hands-on, outdoor position that requires physical work and attention to detail. On the job training is provided. Experience is not required but is preferred. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Mow, trim, edge, and blow off lawns and landscaped areas.
• Assist with planting, mulching, weeding, and other landscape tasks.
• Operate basic landscaping equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers).
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Follow instructions from the crew leader or foreman.
• Work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Keep tools and equipment clean and organized

Qualifications:

• Willingness to learn.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in a physically demanding environment.
• Reliable, punctual, and a team player.
• Ability to understand scope of work and perform duties independently

Applicants should be over 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license

Must be able to pass a DOT physical

Schedule is Monday-Friday 7am - 4pm with the occasional need to work as late as 5pm. Saturdays are only mandatory if we lose a day to rain during the week and need to make up the day. Employees typically work 40-45hrs per week with the option for additional overtime on most weekends.
