Key responsibilities:

• Drafting in-depth policy reports, briefings, and monitoring reports on U.S.-Latin America relations

• Analyzing political and institutional developments relevant to specific sectors (e.g., energy, environment, critical minerals)

• Conducting research and summarizing official documents, stakeholder positions, and policy trends

• Ensuring accuracy, clarity, and a professional tone adapted to the target audience (corporate clients, associations, institutions)

Who we're looking for：

• Proven experience (even junior-level) in U.S.-Latin America relations, policy analysis, communications, or journalism

• Strong understanding of Latin American institutions, geopolitical, and geoeconomic landscape

• Excellent written communication skills in English

• Attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines, and adaptability to different topics and formats

• Familiarity with Latin American sources
