TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Hospice RN in Peoria, Illinois, 61615!

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Hospice Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 8 Hour Days Hours per Shift: 8 hours Experience: Minimum 1 year experience License: Active RN license in Illinois Certifications: BLS, Valid driver's license & insurance Must-Have: Independent worker, proficient in computer and EMR skills Description: The hospice team provides end-of-life care for patients in need. Registered Nurses will be responsible for conducting 4 to 5 patient visits per day. RNs will work remotely and must have the ability to work independently. Weekend call rotations are required, typically every 4 to 5 weeks, including both Saturday and Sunday. There will be a requirement for 1 to 2 nights of on-call duty per week. Support staff including home health aides are available, with 1 aide for every 2 RNs. The charge nurse will be available for support when needed. The charting system utilized is EPIC.
