We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Data Entry Specialist . This important role involves accurately inputting, updating, and managing data across various platforms.
The ideal candidate will possess strong computer literacy, excellent organizational skills, a team mentality, and a proactive attitude.
Responsibilities
- Enter and update data into various systems with precision and speed, always ensuring accuracy
- Assist with other administrative support services as requested. This may include calendar management, file management, and meeting organization
Qualifications
- Proven clerical or office experience, including data entry and administrative support roles
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

The pay range for this position is $20-$26 per hour based upon the candidate's relevant experience.
