Position Overview Assistant Project Manager – dynamic team member who thrives in fast‑paced environments, excels at keeping projects moving smoothly, and enjoys building relationships. What You'll Do Collaborate and communicate with project managers, clients, and field teams to facilitate effective communication and ensure everyone is on the same page. Assist in planning, scheduling, and managing resources to keep projects on track, on time, and within budget. Coordinate with the field team to maintain the highest standards of workmanship, ensuring client satisfaction. Handle unexpected challenges with creativity and a can‑do attitude. Track project progress, maintain records, and communicate updates to stakeholders. Identify ways to improve processes and enhance efficiency. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Project Management, or related field (or equivalent work experience). 1+ years of experience in commercial construction or project coordination, ideally with drywall or related field. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). Familiarity with construction management software is a plus.
