job summary:

The Vice President of Product Management for Quality will play a critical leadership role within the Product organization, reporting directly to the Chief Product Officer. This individual will have overall business accountability for innovating and driving financial outcomes for Quality product solutions. This VP of Product Management will define and ensure that the product vision is translated into market-leading solutions and a complete customer product experience that addresses complex healthcare challenges and meets the needs of our customers. This leader will set the standard for transforming Quality to be AI-first and drive differentiated customer outcomes at scale.

responsibilities:

Accountability for the product strategy and the short- and long-term business outcomes of the Quality products. Define and implement an overall, multi-year product vision, strategy, and roadmap. Be a thought leader in AI, both in the product and in transforming how the Product team operates within the PDLC. Lead and coach a team of product leaders and managers across the products. Develop clearly documented business cases, both qualitative and quantitative, and business rationale based on company strategy. Translate strategic objectives into actionable product plans and delivery timelines. Take responsibility for delivering amazing and complete product experiences by working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Legal, Professional Services, Customer Success, and Support. Model and mandate the use of AI tools, including agentic workflows, across the Product organization to accelerate discovery, definition, prototyping, and delivery, setting a high bar for how the team works and delivers customer value. Engage with key customers, industry leaders, and internal stakeholders to ensure the voice of the market informs product decisions. Be a leader in the implementation and use of AI tools to create faster and higher-quality product outcomes. Ensure all products are compliant with healthcare regulations, including HIPAA, ONC, and CMS, and aligned with interoperability standards, including HL7 and FHIR. Define and achieve key product performance indicators (KPIs) to assess adoption, engagement, and financial outcomes, including ARR, EBITDA, GRR, and NRR, in partnership with commercial teams. Champion a culture of innovation, data-informed decision-making, and continuous improvement.

qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or another technical or science-related field.

- 10+ years of experience in Product Management and/or a Product Strategy leadership position.

- 5+ years of experience developing people and managing high-performing teams.

- 5+ years of experience managing and growing multi-product portfolios totaling $50M+ in ARR.

- Demonstrated experience deploying AI with attributable revenue, margin, and cost-management outcomes.

- Proven experience as a player-coach: leading and mentoring teams while rolling up your sleeves to drive outcomes where needed.

- Experience bringing new cloud-based software products to market that incorporate AI, advanced analytics, and workflows, ideally in a regulated environment.

- High do-to-say ratio: commit, communicate, and deliver.

- Experience owning pricing, packaging, margins, forecasting, and cost optimization.

- Healthcare industry knowledge, particularly in the areas of quality and risk.

- Strong business acumen with experience in go-to-market strategy, pricing and packaging, P&Ls and profitability, and the development of financial pro formas.

- Fluency with SaaS metrics and business models.

- Ability to foster positivity in a team environment through high emotional intelligence, superior teamwork and leadership skills, approachability, and composure under pressure.

- Excellent time-management, resource-organization, and priority-setting skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interface effectively with all levels inside and outside the company, including senior management.
