Position Summary

As an Administrative Assistant at First Team Auto Group, you’ll be responsible for assisting the Human Resources/Payroll department. Your contributions and support will ensure day-to-day operations are smooth and efficient. You’ll report to the Human Resources Director and will assist in recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration and personnel records management.

Compensation / Good Faith Pay Range

• $16-$18 per hour
• Final compensation based on experience

What You’ll Do

• Maintain and update employee records as needed
• Process documentation and onboarding for new hires
• Assist in recruitment process
• Maintain confidential employee files
• Manage phone call, email and in-person communication with employees
• Coordinate new hire orientation paperwork and assist in set up
• Assist with other clerical duties within the Human Resources department
• Ensure tasks are completed in an efficient manner
