Social Media ManagerWe are seeking a Social Media Manager to build and grow a personality-led social media presence from the ground up.This is a hands-on, end-to-end role covering strategy, account setup, content planning, production management, publishing, audience growth, community management, and performance optimization across Instagram and TikTok. You will work closely with the founder to establish a distinctive online identity and develop it into a recognizable, highly engaging social presence.ResponsibilitiesBuild and launch the Instagram and TikTok profiles from zero, including positioning, tone of voice, content pillars, visual direction, and channel strategy.Develop and execute the organic growth strategy, with a focus on reach, engagement, follower growth, and long-term audience development.Create viral campaign concepts, social-first stories, and repeatable content formats that establish a distinctive and recognizable online personality.Manage the full content lifecycle, including research, ideation, scripting, content calendars, production coordination, approvals, publishing, and optimization.Use platform analytics, audience insights, watch time, retention, and engagement data to guide creative decisions and improve performance.Manage day-to-day community engagement and coordinate with the founder and creative partners.
