Physical Therapist (Travel) TNAA TotalMed Allied is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a travel job in Thousands Oaks, California. Schedule: 10-hour shifts, weekdays. Employment Type: Travel. Responsibilities Evaluate, develop, and execute a plan of care for diverse patient populations in the acute care setting. Supervise PTAs and support staff (therapy technicians). Bill within the setting following applicable guidelines. Understand and comply with the rules and regulations of the respective PT board and state. Interface with Medical Center personnel and physicians to ensure team-focused plans of care. Understand and use adaptive equipment. Use Medical Center computer systems to perform daily tasks. Qualifications 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist (new graduates are encouraged to apply). Ability to stand, walk, bend, lean, or stoop for long periods of time without difficulty. Sound knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology.
