MITIGATION TECHNICIAN

Job Duties Disaster Cleanup — Perform fire, water, mold, and specialty mitigation services Customer Service — Treat every customer as the boss; deliver exceptional service with no excuses Heavy Lifting & Physical Labor — Safely handle equipment, debris, and high‑exertion tasks Team Collaboration — Work closely with peers to complete jobs efficiently and professionally On‑Site Problem Solving — Adapt quickly to unpredictable situations and unique damage scenarios Extended Work Hours — Assist with jobs that run late into the evening or require immediate response On‑Call Rotation — Participate in scheduled on‑call shifts for after‑hours emergencies Maintain Professional Appearance — Arrive clean-cut, presentable, and ready to represent the company Safe Driving — Operate company vehicles responsibly when assigned Qualifications Strong People Skills — Ability to communicate clearly and respectfully Tenacity & Grit — Comfort with challenging, messy, and high‑intensity work Physical Strength & Endurance — Capable of heavy lifting and sustained exertion Ability to Work 40+ Hours/Week — Disasters don’t follow a schedule Professional Appearance — Clean-cut, punctual, and dependable Valid Driver’s License Reliable Transportation Clean Driving Record Competitive hourly pay based on experience Opportunities for advancement through structured training Supportive team environment in a small mountain community Hands-on skill development in a specialized industry #J-18808-Ljbffr American Restoration Operations LLC
