ABOUT PIZZEOLI

We're a laid-back, fun, friendly little pizzeria located in the historic neighborhood of Soulard.

ABOUT THE POSITION

This position includes prepping / cooking a variety of the different food products included in our menu including sauces, vegetables, meats, etc., using a variety of equipment and utensils according to our daily prep list.

Pizza line experience preferred, but not required if you're a quick learner and incredibly teachable.

Responsible for on time preparation of ready-to-eat foods for our guests.

You'll be trained to become proficient with basic knife skills, and industry specific equipment (such as a fryer or convection oven, etc.).

Must be able to take direction and work as a part of a team in a fast paced environment
Must be someone who others look forward to being around!
Must love making scratch-made recipes for St. Louis' friendliest customers!
Must have excellent communication, organization, and people skills.
Must have a positive attitude and a friendly disposition.
Must have a strong work ethic.
Must pay close attention to the little details.
Must be someone of honor and integrity.
Must be able to coordinate effectively and graciously with the entire staff, including Front of House
Must be able to operate based upon the ServSafe standards.
Must have a mastery of the prep / cook responsibilities as well as dishwashing duties.

This person should also should also be passionate about quality and also have the ability to cook food to order.

You will report to the asst. kitchen manager or kitchen manager and also be responsible for excellent sanitation practices and other food/kitchen related duties.
