Join Douglas Infiniti as an Automotive Sales Consultant and become an integral part of our dynamic team in Summit, NJ. You will engage with customers, providing expert knowledge of our new and used vehicle lineup to help them find the perfect car to fit their needs. This role offers a competitive compensation range of $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year, paid weekly, with opportunities to grow within a respected automotive brand. This is a 100 % in-person job working Saturdays with one day Monday - Friday off. Interviews are face-to-face with management.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers promptly and professionally.
• Explain vehicle features and benefits to customers based on their requirements.
• Guide customers through the sales process, from initial contact to purchase completion.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current promotions, policies, and vehicle inventory.
• Follow up with potential and existing customers to build relationships and encourage repeat business.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to dealership goals.

Requirements

• Proven experience in automotive sales or a related customer service role.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Working on Saturdays.
• Ability to use a desktop computer
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Motivated, goal-oriented, and able to follow directions.
