Rosen Automotive Group is looking for a highly organized and customer-focused Courtesy Rental Coordinator to support our service department operations. This role is responsible for managing courtesy and loaner vehicles, assisting service customers, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring a smooth rental experience from start to finish.

The ideal candidate is dependable, professional, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced dealership environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage dealership courtesy/loaner vehicle scheduling
• Assist customers with rental and loaner vehicle check-in/check-out processes
• Verify driver's licenses, insurance information, and required documentation
• Ensure all rental agreements and paperwork are completed accurately
• Maintain organization and tracking of vehicle availability and renewals
• Communicate with service advisors and managers regarding customer transportation needs
• Inspect vehicles for cleanliness, fuel levels, and damage before and after use
• Follow dealership policies regarding loaner and rental vehicle procedures
• Maintain professional and friendly customer interactions at all times
• Assist with administrative duties and reporting as needed

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Basic computer and administrative skills
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record required
• Previous dealership, rental, or customer service experience preferred, but not required
