Job Overview: This role is part of the E-Commerce/Auditor team and supports daily warehouse operations by accurately picking, packing, auditing, and staging e-commerce orders. Team members may rotate throughout the warehouse based on business needs. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Schedule: Sunday – Friday | Day Shift Overtime may be required during peak and holiday seasons. Responsibilities: Accurately pick, pack, and stage e-commerce orders Meet daily productivity and accuracy goals Verify item counts, SKUs, and locations prior to order completion Perform basic auditing and quality checks on completed orders Use RF scanners and warehouse systems to track inventory movement Follow established pick paths and location sequencing for efficiency Maintain a clean and organized work area Report damaged product or inventory discrepancies Follow all safety procedures and company policies Pay: $18.50/ Hourly Qualifications: Ability to read, count accurately, perform basic math, and write legibly Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods Strong ability to follow instructions and work efficiently Computer and RF scanner familiarity preferred Minimum of six months of warehouse experience in a fast-paced environment Ability to lift 50 pounds repeatedly Willingness to work weekends during peak season (Saturday or Sunday as needed) Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable with strong time-management skills Comfortable working in varying warehouse temperatures Leslie’s recognizes a critical component to our continued success is our people.
