After School Program Coordinator at Schuyler Central High School Hours: Monday–Friday, 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM Location: Schuyler Central High School Benefits: Single Insurance, 1 PTO Day and Vacation Day each month worked Contract: 11 month contract Are you passionate about working with teens and bringing learning to life after the bell rings? This is your chance to lead fun, engaging, and hands‑on activities - especially in STEM, arts, leadership, and life skills - that make a real impact. What You'll Do: Create a safe, exciting after‑school environment for high school students Plan and lead interactive STEM projects and enrichment activities Support and supervise program staff and student groups Build strong relationships with students, families, and school staff Keep things organized- from supplies to schedules to student data Help students thrive socially, emotionally, and academically Who You Are: A strong communicator and natural leader Organized, energetic, and a self‑starter Able to connect with teens and make learning FUN High school diploma or equivalent required Experience with youth programs and supervisory skills preferred Why Join Us?
