Job Summary

Pact is seeking Associate Attorneys with 4+ years of experience practicing commercial or business/corporate law to join our fractional general counsel practice. Ideal candidates are strong contract drafters, highly organized, and able to manage multiple client matters simultaneously with minimal oversight. Job Responsbilities

? Assist businesses in preventing, navigating, and resolving complex legal issues.

? Provide legal advice to clients regarding various corporate and business matters.

? Draft, review, negotiate, and finalize business agreements.

? Identify legal or contractual issues and develop thoughtful and solutions-oriented approaches.

? Manage multiple clients, matters, deadlines, and deliverables with consistency and follow-through.

? Work collaboratively with partners and attorneys on client matters and assignments to ensure consistent, high-quality execution.

? Mentor and provide guidance to junior attorneys on complex client matters.

? Ability to manage multiple client matters simultaneously while maintaining accuracy, timely delivery, and high-quality execution.

? Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with sound business judgment.

? Professional communication skills, including clear and timely client and team interactions.

? Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

? Demonstrated ability to exercise independent judgment on complex or novel matters with limited partner oversight.

Education

? J.D. from an ABA-accredited school.

? Active member in good standing with a State Bar Association.

? Multi-state licensure, or willingness to obtain reciprocity/pro hac vice admission, preferred given attorneys collaborate with clients and colleagues across state lines.

Experience

We invite applicants with 4+ years of experience practicing commercial or business/corporate law at a law firm or with relevant in-house experience to apply. Experience must include:

? Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts.

? Supporting general corporate governance and operational matters for business clients.

? Managing assigned matters, workflows, and deadlines with consistency.

? Collaborating with attorneys on client assignments and transactional projects.

Compensation

Pact offers a base salary range of $150,000 to $225,000, depending on experience.

Associates are also eligible for significant performance-based bonuses under Pact's compensation model. xhyhwjd
