The ER RN will provide high-quality, patient-centered care to patients experiencing medical emergencies, performing rapid assessments, triage, and interventions while collaborating with physicians and the healthcare team to deliver timely, effective treatment. Key Responsibilities: Perform patient assessments, triage, and prioritize care based on acuity. Provide emergency nursing care for a wide range of medical conditions and injuries. Administer medications, treatments, and emergency interventions as appropriate. Coordinate, delegate, and evaluate nursing care using the nursing process. Ensure compliance with established standards of care, policies, and procedures. Supervise and provide direction to assigned personnel. Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and interdisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes. Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
