HVAC Technician-Myrtle Beach, SC

Olsten Staffing Services is looking for a skilled and dependable HVAC Technician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on experience installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems. This role is essential to ensuring the comfort, safety, and satisfaction of our residential and commercial customers by delivering high-quality service and workmanship.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems.
• Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal system performance.
• Diagnose heating and cooling system issues and provide effective repair solutions.
• Complete equipment repairs, including basic welding and plumbing work when required.
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation for completed work.
• Work collaboratively with property maintenance teams to ensure efficient operation of HVAC equipment.
• Communicate professionally with customers, explain findings, and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Follow all safety procedures and industry best practices.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or in a similar role.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with experience in equipment repair and property maintenance.
• Knowledge of refrigeration systems and boiler operations is preferred.
• EPA Certification is preferred (or ability to obtain if required).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.

Pay Details: $22.00 to $40.00 per hour
