Lead and support endtoend MTS implementations across payment modernization programsParticipate in solution design configuration integration testing deployment and production support activitiesCollaborate with business stakeholders architects vendors and delivery teams to ensure successful implementationAnalyze client requirements and map them to MTS product capabilitiesSupport implementation planning migration strategies and risk mitigation activitiesCoordinate SIT UAT production deployment and hypercare supportTroubleshoot implementation issues and provide timely resolutionDocument business requirements functional specifications implementation plans and operational proceduresWork closely with crossfunctional teams to ensure successful program deliveryProvide implementation expertise and best practices based on prior MTS engagementsRequired Skills ExperienceMandatoryProven experience in MTS product implementationStrong understanding of payment processing systems and payment modernization programsExperience delivering multiple MTS implementations from initiation through production deploymentAbility to contribute independently with minimal supervision and rampup effortStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsExperience working in Agile and Waterfall delivery environmentsPreferredHandson experience with RTPS RealTime Payment SystemsExperience supporting domestic and international payment platformsKnowledge of payment message standards including ISO 20022Experience with ACH Wire RTP FedNow SWIFT SEPA or equivalent payment systemsExposure to banking and financial services payment operationsUnderstanding of payment workflows settlement processes reconciliation and exception management
