Pediatric Physical Therapist: to Adult Rehab

Advocate Health is seeking a part-time Physical Therapist for the Wilkes Medical Center outpatient rehabilitation department. The role supports pediatric patients and includes cross-training to adult outpatient and hospital/SNU care, with weekend rotation required for hospital PT coverage.
Candidates must hold a B.S., M.S., or D.P.T from an accredited PT program, have current state licensure, and CPR/BLS level C certification.
